What are cookies?

How to set cookies settings

The user’s rights

The Data Controller is Speedy pins s.r.l. – Roma, Via Pasquale Tola 22,24 acting through its pro-tempore legal representative.

The Data Processor within the meaning of article 29 of the Code on the protection of personal data is Speedy Pins srl ., acting through its IT Manager.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003. Rights of the person concerned

  • The person concerned may obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  • The person concerned may obtain information on:
    a) the source of his personal data;
    b) the purposes and methods of data processing;
    c) the logics applied in case of electronic data processing;
    d) the ID. details of the Data Controller, Data Processors and designated representative within the meaning of article 5, paragraph 2;
    e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom his personal data may be communicated or who may acquire knowledge thereof in their capacity of designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of data processing.
  • The person concerned may obtain:
    a) the update, rectification or, if interested therein, the integration of his data;
    b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the block of data processed against the law, including those whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which such data are collected or subsequently processed;
    c) confirmation that the operations referred to under letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also in terms of their content, to the subjects to whom personal data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such operation is impossible or implies the use of manifestly disproportionate means compared to the protected right.
  • The person concerned may object, in whole or in part:
